Ingredients: Rice Leek Pumpkin Vegetable broth Taleggio cheese Extra virgin olive oil (EVO oil) Preparation: Fry lightly the finely chopped leek with EVO oil. Add the diced pumpkin and cook adding the vegetable broth. Once the pumpkin is soft, add the rice, toast and cook with vegetable broth. When the rice is ready, creams with Taleggio cheese.
